Roadrunner Companies have been in the motorcoach and minibus transportation business since 2001. Used this company for several years. Last year driver fail to show up for the last day of our event and had to scramble to get approximately 90 participants to their location for an event. Tried them again in 2022, 1st morning driver showed up 20 mins late, then had to be re-instructed what he needed to do. 3rd morning driver showed up 20 mins late again.
The last day of the event, we had seperate busses taking folks to the airports, walked out of the hotel only to see one driver vaping while sitting in the driver's seat.

Roadrunner was used as a contractor for Greyhound. I was very impressed with the customer service, the safe driving and the courtesy of the driver on bus 56185. I thoroughly enjoyed riding with Wendy. Kudos to her for giving us a great riding experience. Even though it was 4am from Dallas to Jackson, I felt safe and comfortable. However, the bus didn't have WiFi. Let's make sure the service is compatible to Greyhound.

I really didn’t want to be this person but unfortunately, this company has left me no choice. After repeatedly dodging our phone calls (despite many pleas and voicemails left to Donna), we had no choice but to take matters into our own hands. We had a wedding planned for February 19th, 2021. As Texans know, this was during the big snow and ice storm (AN ACT OF GOD, RIGHT?). Our venue had cancelled our event due to a burst pipe and we had to change the location of our event to a closer location. Unsafe drivers the first time was a small bus like an 18 passenger here in Euless Texas don't even look on there mirrors and change lanes and still shoot me the finger Black Folk that was about 2-3 months ago on Highway 10 that happened to me well right now I'm going west on Trinity Boulevard right next to Bell Helicopter a bus of there unit # 56183 decides to take the red light and we had the green light and as we are approaching takes off in front of me once you're pulling a trailer with 15000 lb with a regular 1 ton truck not easy to stop when you have the green light and the bus decides to

I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Unfortunately for my June wedding, our shuttle arrived with no AC. The driver was great, and I understand she had no authority to make any accommodations on the spot. That's besides the point. However, after the event, we told management about the issue, and they said they would refund us for the inconvenience. After following up several times, they just keep dodging me. Not honest and terrible customer service.

EXCELLENT bus charter company. Stellar customer service! I priced out numerous bus charters for a fairly last minute work event (less than 7 days) and they were extremely accommodating and had the best prices around. We reserved a bus for about 18 hours and the bus driver was on-time, delightful, professional, safe, courteous and extremely easy to work with. We accidentally left some items on the bus after he dropped us off and one of their employees drove to our office and dropped the items off. Will be using these guys again!
