Incredible service! Jeff at FX Pros was professional, timely, thorough and listened as I questioned him to death about different scenarios/setups. The biggest takeaway, is that he made me feel like he was there to setup a theater room my family could enjoy vs a quick payout. Highly recommend this Company and will be calling them again soon to run more internet cable throughout the house for my Polycade machine.

Jeff at FX Pros was outstanding. Always available, on time, and went above and beyond during our build. Was present for several hours in freezing weather during a build planning session even though his role that day was limited. He showed considerable dedication and patience in planning our audio system.

Jeff @ FX Pros did an excellent job for us! We were in the middle of a remodel job with all trades in and out. Jeff was so easy to work with. I could let him know, almost last minute, when there was a window of opportunity for him to install and he would work on that schedule. He also took the time to assess our needs in detail and did not try to over sell. You can't find service like that anywhere these days. Knowledgeable, personable and reasonable.

Just had an install/design job finished last week on our new home and these guys went above and beyond to make everything perfect/efficient. From helping out with the options available for a some what difficult layout to even helping out with the cable guys to make everything easy for us to use. They worked from 8-5 everyday until the job was finished. Extremely impressive. We highly recommend Jeff and his team for whatever job may be needed.

We did an upgrade to our technology in four different rooms, new TV, new DVR, new receiver. Jeff did an excellent job of assessing what made more sense for our medium ability to control all these components, coming up with an affordable and complete plan, and an installation that was awesome. He also did such a neat job, leaving all components and wiring totally professional looking. he was there to answer any and all questions as we did the installation. Would highly recommend.
