I'm about 750 miles from them but they gave me service like I was their next door neighbor. Was in need of some parts that were becoming hard to get due to supply chain etc. However, my local dealer did a parts locate and found West-Port was one of two shops who had the parts in stock.
I called them and was pleasantly greeted by Debbie who hand checked to make sure the parts were actually on the shelf.
After canceling my order with my shop in Michigan, who I had been waiting to get the parts to me for 16 days via the OEM warehouse, I called West-Port again and again spoke to Debbie. This time

I have never bought a brand new sled from them before but i have brought my sleds there to be serviced and warranty work. They fit me right in and got me back on the snow that same week! Deb was THE best to deal with and is incredibly knowledgeable about everything in there! Can’t say enough about how great they’ve been to me. Highly recommend

Called to ask about service the woman said no to the bike i have and i tried to tell her that the web was Suggesting them as a authorized shop for that bike and she wanted nothing to do with hearing me out sorry but i was just trying to explain this not being rude ! i’ll make sure to stay clear of this place!

Lol, I promised I would make a review, especially since I directly made a comment to the owners about their Google rating. Lol. Honestly, was a little skeptical at first about what to expect, but everyone has been super nice and helpful. The owners are straight forward, cut and dry, to the point talkers. I, personally like that. Both of the owners were very nice to us and knowledgeable. Thank you again.

I'm in my 2nd Slingshot purchased from Westport Motorsports and cannot say enough good things about them. I've had recalls and warranty claims over the last few years and never once had an issue! Service and people are terrific and I would not hesitate buying my next new slingshot from them! They know how to keep this customer happy.

I have bought 2 new sleds from West-Port in the last couple of years and have been very satisfied. Mike & Greg are great to deal with. Debbie goes over and above in customer service & parts. Steve and their other technicians are very skilled and knowledgeable. I will definitely be doing more business with them in the future!!

I called them with some parts inquiries for a sled I was working on. They were willing to spend an extended amount of time answering my questions and helping me figure out what I needed. They even got a tech from the shop on the phone with me to answer a couple of technical questions I had about the repair I was doing. They were extremely helpful then and I have dealt with them on several occasions since, had them service several vehicles and bought more parts from them with nothing but excellent, quality service. I highly recommend taking a look at them next time you find yourself in the market

Went in there some time ago and spoke with a sales person, Mike. Very informative, Knew his product line well as well and the competitors product line. I ended up purchasing that day and have since been back for 4 other major purchases and have been very happy with each one. Service has been equally as good. Each of the items I have purchased have exclusively been back to the dealership for service and I have received nothing but stellar treatment. All in all I do highly recommend purchasing from Westport Motorsports.
