JANICE IS AWESOME! We've been working together since I started my Hotshot service in 2015. She does a great job of keeping me busy and if there's any unexpected delays, she make sure I'm compensated for my time. That's why as a carrier I do my best to provide the best service possible to her clients. Janice is one of my favorite brokers to… work with because she's two steps ahead, making sure everything is a go on the receiving end before ever sending a truck to pick up a load so I hardly ever run into any problems.
