Nice large lots, most pull thru. Large laundry facilities & Showers.
Loved having the mountain to explore. Nice pet stations with grass and bags provided. Too bad some people neglected to clean up after their pet.
Very convenient to Colorado Mills, restaurants and the town of Evergreen. Loved the drive to Evergreen!
The staff is very nice and has a presence throughout the park.
We loved it!!

We haven’t stayed here because the rates are pretty high considering where the park is (at an intersection, across from some businesses, including a bar) but we come here about every two weeks to dump our tanks and fill up our propane, and we’ve had a good experience each time. The staff is usually really kind and helpful. There’s a nice sitting area inside the main building that looks like a great place to work or hang out if you do stay here!

The park is very conjested and noisy! Noise from Colfax is one thing but the noise from loud music across the street was almost intolerable. Further, we tried to cancel a second reservation that we had 10 days in advance and they accept NO cancellations. There was a nice ridge hiking trail- no firepits.

Very nice sites, easy to get into, even in the dark pulling a jeep. But very full (Tues, Wedn, & Thurs in October. A fenced in dog run would have been really nice, especially since we were in rattlesnake country

Nice place & nice area. Only three stars because the price is RIDICULOUSLY high. (2,000 per month) You can rent a one bedroom apt in Golden Co. for 1,500$ (I have) Also, the spot we had (A15) had no cell service and no internet. The spots on both sides of A15 also don’t get WiFi/service. If WiFi or service is needed make sure you ask about a spot that has sufficient connection to both.

Nice area. We liked it a lot except the price and the management. The woman in the office, acts like she owns the place and loves to give you a hard time like it’s her only hobby. Price is very high during summer with no pool, $2000 per month! If you are there, definitely take the walking trail up the hill! Beautiful mountain views! Cool little plaza across the street for convenience store and liquor. Bar across the street could be viewed as an awesome add on or a cumbersome nuisance depending on how you look at it. I personally enjoyed the music they played very loudly and sat outside many evenings

Too many fees, very highly priced. Too noisy, could not sleep at night. The pool is closed and there is no garbage pick up. So my question is why is it so highly charged?? And it’s not even a resort.

Very nice rv park. The staff was super helpful and the bathrooms were very clean. It’s hiking trail was nice to walk the dog on and it’s pretty close to Denver’s attractions. However, the spot were extremely close, to the point where, if I unhook, I’m closer to my neighbor’s rv than my own. The wifi was also not reliable.

I'm a fan. Spent winter 2020 here in my GD 310GK-R. There were a few windy days but hey that's all part of the excitement. Well maintained park -- clean, friendly, not too noisy. The park backs up to a hike-able ridge and is only a few minutes from a larger mall. There's a bar with outdoor stage down the road a bit, and another down a little further. Plenty of restaurants around as well as a well stocked market right cross the street. I'm headed to Buena Vista for the summer but expect I'll be back here again in the fall to ride out next winter!
