ProActive Sport & Spine

I've been visiting Proactive Sport & Spine (PSS from here on) for the last 2 years. It started out with a visit for golfer's elbow, and since treating it successfully, I've consulted Dr Schwan on a number of other niggles and injuries here and there.
In my experience, there is no chiropractor better qualified than Dr Schwan. He's a magic worker who takes the time to listen to your history with injuries and goes about working on them in a holistic manner. I went through a few chiropractors and orthopedic surgeons for my elbow before I found Dr Schwan and his approach to treatment felt unique, refreshing

Dr. Schawn is phenomenal! He really spends the time and does a lot more than a quick adjustment. He takes his time to do 20-30 minutes of different therapy, such as manual and massage, before the adjustment; I also believe he does dry needling. Unlike several other chiropractors I've been to, he truly and wholeheartedly cares for his patient's wellbeing. Calling him just a chiropractor is a major understatement because he's knowledgeable in so many other areas as well. He has also helped me with anxiety, PT exercises, and much more. I have had numerous surgeries and procedures done to my back since I was a child. Now that I'm 62 most doctors are afraid to go near me. Not only did Jeff want to see me, but he reviewed my numerous MRI's and developed a plan. He worked in conjunction with my pain doctor and got me back on my feet.

He thoroughly explained the treatment he was providing along with how I should expect it to work. I'm finally pain free, and when I have questions, Dr. Jeff is always available to answer questions via phone or email. I will always go to Dr. Jeff with issues, and I would recommend him to anyone!
