Payton, Tavaris, and Ken were professional and responsive. They were at the storage unit at 8:00 am and had everything loaded on the truck in a no time. they unloaded everything in a timely manner. I give 5 stars across the board. These guys definitely made moving a breeze.

We hired to Motivated Movers to move my sons to a new (and better) apartment. Both apartments were on the 2nd floor and Logan, Derrick and Andrew really moved to get the everything in place, help with the washer and dryer and were so very helpful when we decided that the couch really should be on the other wall. Nothing was damaged and they beat the estimate of 5 hours by 75 minutes. I highly recommend Motivated Movers and maybe you will be lucky enough to get Logan, Derrick and Andrew as your crew.

We moved on August 19, 2021 from a cottage to a home in Mobile. The three guys, Ronnie, Jeffrey and Brad were very professional and was very helpful in moving us. Although it was a small move we still had large furniture that was heavy and they handled our things with great care. It was nice to see three young gentlemen wanting to work hard and wanting to work smart. I would recommend them and Motivated Movers to anyone wanting to have professionals move them with care and courtesy. Motivated Movers were referred to us by our new bank here in Alabama. We called and got a return call the next day. Great customer service from the start, gave us options on the day we needed them to unpack 2 pods. Called ahead of start time, showed up on time, very polite and dedicated to get the job done. We moved here from the Midwest, finding Southern hospitality in every area of our move and loving it here. Will refer them to any family or friends.

I used them to move the large and heavy items I own across Madison county, the estimated move time was 5 hours, they completed it in 3.25 hours with no damage to my items. There price was reasonable and there were no unexpected or hidden charges. The three men that did the move were friendly and professional.

Very expensive is my initial reaction. Two guys for three (ish?) hours for a total of almost $900. They were only a total of about 15 pieces of furniture and about 40 boxes - all prepped for the move. They didn't have to pack anything. They used their plastic wrapping on about three pieces of furniture, about 4 blankets, nothing else. No furniture needed to be disassembled or reassembled, no awkward items either. They were slow and took them a while to park their vehicle at the drop off location (flat property). Only one piece of furniture - a dresser - went upstairs everything else was downstairs

Low review for unprofessional attitude and manner on how my damage claims were handled by management. Damage sometimes happens, but I did have more damage than I have ever had before in a move. Moving guys were polite, just maybe not careful.

I never leave reviews but I literally cannot sleep because of the feeling that I have been taken advantage of. My husband is in the military and got called away to training right before we had to move so I had to go it alone with my active 9 month old. I was very anxious about it, so for a week I worked until midnight or later packing EVERY SINGLE THING and labeling EVERY SINGLE ITEM even the large things like the lawn mower and a tall stuffed animal giraffe. I wanted to streamline the move because I was alone with no family in the area. I staged everything except the large furniture pieces in

I was extremely nervous about using any moving company after the horrible experience I had with one of those moving companies that emphasizes their men. I'm happy to say that Motivated Movers were professional, efficient, and did not damage a single piece of my furniture. I'll never use another company. Thanks guys!

I rarely give reviews but I had to because of the great experience. I hired motivated movers for loading services only. These guys are AWESOME!!! They are true professionals. They make the moving process so easy. I recommend them to everyone! I will hire them for a full service next time I move.
