The Graphic Mailbox was started by local people in 1998 as a shipping and sign shop and continues to be locally owned. They still operate in the same location, only one block from historic downtown Northfield. Since opening more than 20 years ago, services have continued to grow to fit the needs of the Northfield community.

This is one of the worst experiences I've had dealing with a business of any kind long distance.
I had 5 large paintings shipped to California.
My sister, an MFA painter, died and they were paintings she did when she was at her peak about 50 years ago. She died and they came my way, packed by Graphic Mailbox and shipped by UPS.
The cost $1600. They were insured for $1000 each. Two were damaged. Including one with a hole right in the middle of the canvas.
After multiple calls and emails and 6 months I haven't seen a dime and don't expect to.
