We’re disappointed that this project didn’t go well. This was our first experience in doing renovation work. We have 2 bathrooms with water damage issues to our flooring, one more extensive than the other. We were prepared for issues to arise. Jordan came to give us an estimate on the project. He’s knowledgeable and explained the process. He was the mitigation team lead and Kendra coordinated the scheduling. Both kept us informed and Jordan’s team during the drying process were very professional and courteous. Unfortunately Brandon the project mgr for the renovation side did not keep us

I cannot say enough good things about Summit and Restoration. We had a very serious water damage in our rental and Summit came immediately to our rescue. They are prompt. dependable and honest. They paid a lot attention to details and fixed things above and beyond what was needed. Marty the lead guy kept us informed of progress daily. Emily was prompt and courteous in showing us samples and keeping us informed of delivery. Cody was excellent at taking care that we were completely satisfied. I would never use any other company if needed again. This Company came highly recommended and now I know

Summit Cleaning and Restoration was amazing! I discovered a leak underneath my house that had apparently been there for a while. I got a quote from a bigger company that was more than $5000 to clean up the water, dry out the space, and make it smell better. Summit was able to do the job for less than $2000 and even did it for less than their original quote. They were fast, efficient, professional, and friendly. They made sure l was satisfied before they left. I will definitely use them again if l have a need. Devin M, Jared P, and Lisa L were a great team to work with.

Service was excellent from beginning to end. Kendra was friendly when getting the job scheduled, and Wade provided a reasonable estimate and was very thorough. Jordan arrived to complete the work, and was very communicative through the process about which steps they were taking and even ran an air scrubber longer in my house to make sure I wasn’t bothered too much by the smell of the treatment (which wasn’t all that bad). We had our hardwood floors ruined in June 2020 by a leaky refrigerator. All companies passed the buck until we were signed up with Summit Cleaning and Restoration by our insurance company Allstate Insurance. I must say that after dealing with 3 other companies, Summit and Allstate have continued to be fabulous to work with. At Summit we have worked with Casey Dragoo, James Farness and Morgan Dominguez. Each one has been friendly, professional and experienced. I would definitely recommend Allstate for an insurance company and Summit Cleaning & Restoration for any work in your home

If something happens to your home calling Summit Cleaning and Restoration is the right choice. We had a major problem in our master bathroom. It started with just a small sign of water damage. I called Summit Cleaning and Restoration. They came out immediately and assessed the damage. They were very thorough, crawling under the home, measuring water content and found the problem and how to fix it. They were up front and accurate with a complete estimate. They completed the mitigation and repair with no additional charges.

Edit Add: 6/29/2017 -- to their credit, Chris, a representative of Summit in Salem, called shortly after my review below. He listened to my concerns, was apologetic and explained (he did NOT try to make excuses) how what happened might have happened. He also acknowledged my suggestions on how they perhaps could avoid more disgruntled potential clients. I left with the impression that they would make an effort to correct the problems we faced.
