Dr. Celina Brown Balcos is a native of the beautiful peach state of Georgia. She was born and raised in the small town of Sparta, Georgia (Hancock County). She attended Georgia College and State University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree. From there, Dr. Balcos continued her education obtaining her Doctorate of Medical Dentistry from the Medical College of Georgia School of Dental Medicine.
At Family Dentistry at Stonecrest, we take great pride in helping our patients achieve excellent dental health, while improving their smiles to increase their confidence. Regular visits to our office ensure that your teeth and mouth remain as healthy as possible. We give thorough dental examinations to all of our patients, whether it is their first visit or one of many.
Traditional insurance is welcome and accepted at our practice, and we are in-network with several insurance providers. As a courtesy, we will gladly file all insurance claims on your behalf. Peachstate/Wellcare/Avesis/Medicaid is accepted for patients between the ages 16-20 years of age. Additionally, we accept Flex Spending accounts.
We are 100% committed to making your visit to our office comfortable and as easy as possible. An introductory conversation, where we will listen to your needs, concerns and expectations. A comprehensive dental exam, including an oral cancer screening and full mouth examination of your teeth and gums.
A. The American Dental Association (ADA) guidelines recommend visiting a dentist at least twice a year for a checkup and professional cleaning. Our office also recommends a minimum of two visits per year. A. One of our team members will compile your medical and dental history during your first visit.
