The guys who came to pick up from us were extremely professional and very nice. The company in general is extremely well-run. They scheduled very quickly, called to confirm, then called to let me know when they were 10 minutes out and called again at 2 minutes out because I’m in a condo and needed to go downstairs to let them in. They were able to accommodate an early morning pickup, which was super helpful to me. And I have a 10 year old son who slept through the entire process. They are very professional. Five stars for the company and five plus for the men who came and picked up our appliance
