Report
I had a price agreement with Arne for snow plowing which included criteria for escalating charges based on snow totals and type of snow. This agreement was not adhered to. Four days after the January 29th snowstorm, I received a bill for $300 with no explanation why it exceeded the $195 which would have resulted from applying the escalation criteria ($65 for every 6 inches or major portion thereof). No justification for the inflated price was provided with the bill. In a phone call to their office, it was explained to me that the charges were based on 24 inches of heavy snow and blizzard conditions
