Here is some information you need to know before you apply for the apartment, you will be changed for water, garage and sewer, and administration fees. The administration fees are 200.00, the water, garage and sewer, they wouldn’t tell you, or give you Estimated amount. And they don’t let you look at the apartment Prior to moving in. And don’t put down holing fees of 300.00 dollars, because they will don’t give it back. Please beware!!!!!

Since new management. They don't pick up phones. Even though they have 2 people at the office. And they said it's for the better when it was bought out, sorry it's getting worse. They don't care, and Diana did previous manager.

I have lived here for years. Staff extremely helpful and maintenance knowledgeable.

My stay at Clearwater Square was great. The place was clean, friendly, and well-managed and it was one of the better properties I have lived in. The staff in particular were awesome. I would recommend this place to my family and friends.

Very calm place, friendly staff, and good location. Unfortunately, felt like the washer/dryers did not do a very good job and thus were expensive. Great place for a first apartment.

Moved our daughter from Los Angeles .CA. And researched for months before choosing clear water square. The office was amazing helpful and professional and the maintenance guys fixed what ever issues right away as we moved in. The maintenance guys also very helpful and professional. Very happy we chose this for our daughter.

Recently moved in here management staff is very kind and patient facilities are good.

Old but has charm. Studio is perfect for single bachelors or couple. Amenities are awesome. Club house is actually pretty cool and staff even provides breakfast which is nice. Pool table. Hot tub etc. it’s a cool place. Love it

You receive more than you pay for, the recreational area has a pool table and fire place which makes it quite homey. The laundry facility and work out area are clean and open 24/7 . The units are well kept, the swimming pool is now under construction, soon to be completed. The complex employees keep us well informed and are easy to communicate with regarding any type of issue. Safe and quiet neighborhood, affordable with well kept grounds. Definitely underrated, I love living here, especially on Saturdays when they serve complimentary donuts and coffee. The current manager, goes above and beyond

Old, outdated windows make the electricity bill much higher then it needs to be. The sliding doors do not keep the outside air out well. Very drafty. It makes it very cold if you have to sleep near it... especially if it's windy, which it is frequently. The office has misplaced work orders multiple times. I also had maintenance walk in on me once when I was naked. I did not give permission to enter, nor did they tell me when they'd be by. Decent amenities. Good location. It's off the road a bit so there isn't much road noise. Pretty safe location.
