All I can say is the people who work here are REAL professionals, unlike the other mental health place located in Ponca, not saying names but they know who they are. Only wish this place had more insurance/ payment options than what they got now, so some patients in need would come to this place instead of (the other place). Nothing but good professionaism from front desk personel to the therapist. Will give this place 5 Stars

There's a bunch of ppl that have forgotten why they work at Edwin Fair, they are rude and very grouchy when a client approaches them. They definitively need a reminder as to why they work for Edwin Fair, the clients that use their services have it alot rougher than they do and learn to show some empathy & understanding

One star for there being to much miscommunication. Paid out of pocket and the whole process was a complete joke.

I'm sorry to see other people have had similar experiences here. I've been three times in the last five years, desperate for help and have been turned away for various reasons, none of them to do with my actual eligibility for assistance, but rather that they decided I didn't need their help. Once they actually told that me since I had been diagnosed and knew what my condition was, they couldn't help.
