Services
Some people may think it is expensive to live in an assisted living facility. Once you move into a facility, you do not have to worry about property taxes, home insurance, home maintenance, utilities (except telephone service), and reduced or no transportation costs. Staff is available 24 hours for assistance, and the peace of mind that comes with it is priceless.
From the family point of view, this has been terrific, High Desert Haven. Because me and my two sisters are still very, very mobile. When we take long trips out of country and all over, we kind of do a relay on who's here. It's very comforting to know that if for some reason all three of us are gone, that High Desert Haven and it's wonderful staff are here to take care of Mom.

High Desert Haven is an excellent facility. Each unit has a living room, bedroom, and bath. Meals are prepared and served three times per day in the main dining room. The food is of excellent quality and quantity. Residents' birthdays are recognized. The whole facility it clean and in excellent condition. The staff is made up of professionals who want to help others, not just having a job. Daily activities such as exercise classes, BINGO, and trivia are planned and held regularly. Several churches hold regular services on site each week. Transportation to and from medical appointments, beauty shops
