They are great if you come with Cash in hand to purchase a boat, no doubts there, but if you are looking to get your boat or motor serviced DO NOT HOLD YOUR BREATH, as it will take them about as twice as long as they tell you. This is frustrating for me to write as I had been a lifetime customer, and advocate for Jack's, unfortunately now that has changed. I hope they can evaluate and fix this issue as they are good people.

Our experience in purchasing a boat was so very outstanding. Waymond was extremely helpful and kept his word in selling us a boat at an awesome price, including registratiion, tag and title. We had purchased a boat trailer from him in the past which brought us back to be well cared for with a friendly outgoing courtesy and quality. Thank you, thank you we are having a blast fishing.

Took our boat for a motor repair. It was held captive by them for 9 months and never fixed. When we finally got it back, there was a tree growing out of one of the seats from being left in the weather for so long. We are now having the seats upholstered after getting a new motor elsewhere. Terrible service department and communication!

My Husband and I went to look at the inventory we had been looking online for months and decided to check locally and got a better deal and better service than we could have got anywhere. We will be telling everybody we know to check there before they purchase any ATV’s or BOATS. Oh we purchased a Polaris 500 and we are very happy.

Just purchased a new Kew West boat from Jack’s. Would highly recommend them for buying a boat. This dealership completely exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond. The entire staff is knowledgeable, helpful, responsive and some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. From start to finish it made buying a boat a wonderful experience. 0verall friendly and knowledgeable people. Had service work done, and was well pleased.
Now for the sad part.
I needed a rear light for a trailer, so I called.
The trailer is still under warranty, so no charge. I was told they would ship it to save me an hour drive over. 11/2 weeks I call looking for part. Was told someone would call. They did not. Next day, I called and was told everyone was busy. Left name and number again. 2 hours later, the owner's mom (receptionist) called back and says the part will go out tomorrow.
Guess I'm only an important customer if I'm standing in the store.
Now for the sad part.
