After trying to set up an apt with them for weeks and sending the requested pictures, I show up for my appointment only for Juan Carlos to tell me that he cannot work on my hair cause it’s damaged. It’s like going to the doctor cause youre sick but he cannot see you cause you’re sick. Who does that? Only someone that doesn’t care about customer service. Sooo unprofessional!!!

I honestly love coming here! I found this salon by chance a little over two years ago and I've been going to them ever since. Juan Carlos is by far one of the best hair stylists I've ever had; he's extremely professional, sincere, and really cares for each one of his clients. The overall customer service experience at this salon was exceptional. I highly recommend Jon Dave Salon to anyone in the Antelope Valley Area!

This is the best Salon that the AV has!!!!! And I have been to a number of them trying to find someone that can do hair!!!! The salon is super clean the staff is amazingly lfriendly and the atmosphere is nice and relaxing.. Juan Carlos knows what he is doing!!!! He asks questions about what you want and like and then suggests what would be best and easiest to your liking...His assistant is just as amazing and friendly. I was very impressed by this salon and the employees... I'm going back

Very rude an unprofessional don't go do to these people I rescheduled my appointment and they didn't even take note of that and penalized me by not letting me go to their salon. I did not appreciate being called a racist by the owner when I complained and rude. I hate these people and will never go to them. Stay far away and spend your money somewhere else!

Best Customer Service ever. It's weird but good customer service is hard to find now a days. The salon is beautifully decorated and when you walk in you know you're going to get pampered. All of the hairdressers there are very professional, experienced and knowledgeable. Always up-to-date with the latest techniques and using the best quality products that won't damage your hair. All I know is they worked a miracle with mine. I recommend this Hair Salon 100%

Juan Carlos has the magic touch. He knows hair styles and what goes well with your look. He keeps up with trends and is not afraid to give you his professional opinion on hair. I completely trust him as my stylist. Facility is clean and big enough to accommodate. So far they have been organized with their clients' appointments I have not had a discrepancy with times or waits. They don't rush through your visit either so get comfy. I don't think I'll be leaving Juan Carlos anytime soon. I highly recommend, ladies.

Juan Carlos knows what he's doing! He is the type of hairstylist you can definitely trust will give you what you want and more! He knows what will look good on you, better than yourself! He's super friendly and so is his staff. I don't think he gets nearly the credit he deserves. From haircuts, to hair color, treatments and make-up, Juan Carlos can do it.

Juan Carlos is a hair genius! I've been coming to him since I moved from The SFV to Palmdale (2007). Now that I moved back to The SFV, I go out of my way and do the long drive to Lancaster just to have him do my hair. I usually have dark tones in my hair and JC was able to extract my hair from a dark chocolate brown to lavender/grey. He is very profesional and takes his work very seriously.
