Enjoyable experience. From the first hello until the last eyelash was put on, I felt that I was in very capable hands. Jessica listened to what I wanted and more than delivered! She gave me the enhanced natural look I wanted and I left her spa feeling more confident. I just left Lash Esthetica and had an appointment with Jessica. I was worried about an allergic reaction and was really taken care of. Jessica was very caring and sadly I did not have the lash extensions due to a very minor reaction to makeup remover. Jessica cares more about the client and safety than the money. Although, I left very sad I am glad that she was so caring and took safety first. If I could give 100 stars than I would. I will also state i have not had lashes done here, this rating is in response to the service alone, not the quality of work. Terribly turned off by the customer service I received, and based on reviews - its a common thread. It seems that this place does quality work, but its unfortunate the customer service doesn't match up. When I finally got them on the phone, the technician (not sure if it was the owner) went into a diatribe borderline insulting my current lashes. Their website specifically states "they respect another artists work.." but when you tell them that you have lashes

Went in for lash lift and tint.
Although the technician was polite the rest of the experience was terrible. The door was open during the whole procedure, people can be heard in the hall, and also came to the doorway and spoke to technician during the procedure.
My lashes look awful! They are too curled and are going in different directions. I had to go to another place to try and have the process reversed and corrected which they were unable to do because of the cheap product that was used here. It completely ruined my lashes. If it were possible, I would give zero stars for this review.

Wow! This place is phenomenal. I was traveling in Connecticut for work and needed to get my lashes done last minute. I called a bunch of places in the area and was uneasy about the services. After calling and speaking with Jessica it was absolutely clear this was the place to go. The establishment is clean, cozy and well maintained. Backstory: I'm a cancer patient who has finished chemo. I've lost my hair, eyelashes, and eyebrows. A friend recommended microblading so this was one of the few places I contacted. I emailed them telling them a little about my situation and asked about pricing.
They got back to me quickly. In the email they told me they wouldn't touch my brows unless I'm a year out of chemo. I mentioned this to my oncologist and she was shocked. I'm a little over a month out. I've had surgery

The quality, service, and charm of this establishment is top of the line. For perfect quality lashes I travel 2 hours to come here! Jessica, Emily and the whole staff are welcoming and talented. They are reasonably priced for the quality you get; and when it comes to lashes you shouldn't settle for less! I have been coming here for years and I can't think of another establishment in the area that compares.

After some local searching, I decided on Lash Esthetica for my eyelash extensions. I've never had the semi-permanent kind before, and wanted to start giving them a try before my wedding. So far so good!
It's such a difference getting the individual lashes, versus the cluster ones. They adhere to your lashes instead of to the eyelid skin, so you don't pull out your real eyelashes when taking them off. They are lightweight and don't feel artificial and heavy the way the cluster lashes do.

Beyond over priced, with a very loud environment. This is not somewhere that you can relax. I was in a private room but could clearly hear the conversation next door. For first time lash extension, I was charged almost 400 dollars. Whereas other lash businesses average around 120-200. I will never go here again.

I was excited for my appointment to get extensions (especially because it took me months to get an appointment) for the first time but was really disheartened. I arrived early, filled out paperwork, was offered water and sat while 2 other women walk in, one taken in immediately and the other waiting as well. I recently got my lash extensions done for the first time. I really wanted to get them done but was a little skeptical, I went for it anyways! It was the best decision I could have made my lash artist was so sweet she answered all my questions very carefully and made sure It was a very comfortable environment for me the girl in the front was very helpful offered me tea and water and booked out all of my appointments in advance which is very important for me being that I have a tight schedule. I have been getting my lashes done for many years at an out of town salon. They always did a great job but wanted a place closer to home. I was really hoping this was the place-- it's not. When I went into the treatment room i first noticed that the smell of the room was terrible. Not the glue smell, but a musty, dirty smell. Then I noticed that the sheet on the table I was to lie on was dirty (!) with tossed lashes from the previous customer covering the sheet. After trying several different lash artists in the Hartford area I discovered Lash Esthetica. I have been going to Jessica for over 2 years now. I have a hectic work schedule and I travel 2 weeks every month. I am constantly having to reschedule my appointments at the shop. Jessica and her staff are always super accommodating. Over the course of a year I met two ladies (on seperate occasions) with amazing lashes and I had to ask if they were natural. They both informed me they were extensions done by an esthetician named Jessica in West Hartford. I immediately got her information and made an appointment.
