Air Conditioning: Riding without AC can make your long haul seem even longer. A properly working AC helps keep you comfortable and cool until you reach your destination. RTC will inspect all aspects of your AC system to assess the most cost-effective way to get you back on your way in a timely manner.
When it comes time to servicing your vehicle, things can sometimes get, well, a bit confusing. Do you actually need the service, or could you hold out until your next paycheck? How long can you really go until you need to address that check engine light? Or how long will the repair or maintenance work take?
1. Do a good pre-trip inspection. You never know when you will be asked, "Did you do a pre-trip?" And if it's a DOT officer, you want to know if you looked good at the inspection date, the lights, the tires, the pins, fifth wheel, lights, and even the valve stem covers. I'm picky about them and keep plenty extra in my side pocket door.

The caucasian woman with glasses short and fat that works inside that drives a white pickup truck has a very poor attitude. After telling me to wait outside that someone would be out to get me at my truck I waited for over one hour finally just left. Will never go back there again I only needed an alignment the only reason I did not do it at the Love's up the road is because they did not have the equipment for it.

Rochelle RTC provided superb service when our 2018 Dodge Ram 5500 hotshot pickup's Check Engine light came on and subsequently broke down in Rochelle, IL. They helped us find a tow service, worked us in quickly, and replaced fuel filters to resolve part of the problem with the exhaust system, then helped us get to another mechanic who could clear the engine codes and force a regen. RTC's staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. We highly recommend RTC for any repairs!

Called Friday afternoon looking for brake repair the next day and they got me right in, they fixed a coolant leak as well. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Price was resonable. If you drive a semi to put food on the table you'll get a fair shake with these guys. When I need more work, I'll be back.

Our Kenworth blew a rear differential (Big problem Big Job). RTC got our truck in within one hour, identified the problem, expedited the parts and had us out of there the following day. Tamada (Office Manager) went over and above to help by driving us to a hotel for the night, picking us up the next day. and maintaining excellent communication along the way. When you're away from home base and you're in a bind, RTC is the place to be. Thank you for such great service and professional work.

Yes, sure for $80 even I can fill a hole in with a silicone that costs $5 dollars at dollat general. But good work costs good money, and as far as I can tell RTC does a phenom job of that. My truck was out the same day anf I have not to come back for that issue. But you.yeah go ahead and keep parading that you saved money, lets hear you when you lose a load worth thousands because of that hole yeah? ;)
