David Quinn founded Quinn Inspections in 1991 after years of experience as a general contractor, energy efficiency specialist. David Quinn is the president of D. Quinn Construction, Inc. (Quinn Home Inspections and Mold Testing) He founded the Inspection Company in 1991 and expanded into mold testing in 2004.
His prior experience includes seven years as a general contractor and nine years owning and managing an insulation company. His career, also, includes years of being a trouble-shooter for Fleetwood, manufactured homes. He annually completes continuing education courses in the home inspection fields, the air quality industry (including mold testing and Asbestos Testing), Montana DEQ Asbestos Courses and pest control.

Amazing service. Did an extremely thorough inspection of the property we are going to buy. Kelly then explained everything to us personally and then sent us the line by line report of the inspection with photos showing where explanations/problems came from. Definitely would use again and recommend to others.
