The original Castle Signs was started in 1946 by Clarence "Lindy" Lindlow and Chuck Powers.
The name "Castle" came from when Lindy and Chuck had served in the US Army together in the service company named the "Castle Brigade". In 1947, the two friends leased an empty lot at 19th and Broadway in Santa Monica and built a Quonset hut with an adjacent office and a small wood shop.

My (now) husband and I knew we wanted a vinyl graphic with the title of our first dance across our dance floor at our wedding reception. Our wedding was originally scheduled for May 2021 and I had reserved a company to do this for us.
Due to the pandemic, we had to reschedule for October 2021. When it came time to process the order, the company we had originally spoken to quoted us a 200% increase in cost. We just couldn't (and shouldn't) pay the new price. It was exorbitant, even in these times.

I own an auto repair shop and I was in need of some new signage on my building. Working with Castle Signs was easy from the start. They made me some new signs at a very fair price and did the installation work flawlessly. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend them if you are need of signage. Years later the sign's look as good as the day they went up.

Castle Signs and Graphics provided multiple options for the illuminated sign my organization bought for our reception area, both in design and price, and with a descriptive rendering of what they would look like and how they would work. They were quick to respond to any questions I had. Castle was able to accommodate a fairly quick turnaround time of just over 2 weeks. The installation was about 30 minutes, he was very friendly and there were no surprises. The sign looks gorgeous! Thank you for all your help!

These guys are top notch. Totally knowledgeable and professional. We had a couple minor printing mistakes but Steve was prompt and eager to print and deliver an entire new banner and even told us to keep the old one.
I also originally switched to them because the ink of the banners from my previous provider would smear when cleaned with water. Before switching to Castle, I called the manager Steve and asked a barrage of questions about his printing process and how the ink would hold up. I had an incredible experience with the guys at Castle Sigs and Graphics. I had a small custom lettering project and they were able to help me out at a very reasonable price and had it done exactly how I wanted in only a few hours!! Not only that, but they went above and beyond and gave me extras at no charge in case I had any issues with the application of the decals.

Delighted with these guys! I found them randomly via Google Maps and called because I was having issues with my regular printing service - when we cleaned the banners that the other service made for us the ink would come off even with just water. It was a major issue. I called Castle and asked him if there was a better way. Steve told me yes, they use a process that merges the ink into the material itself. I was skeptical and requested to come in and try wiping the ink off of a sample in the shop. He agreed and when we did the test, it was really true! The ink stayed.

I was responsible to help with the décor for my nephew's 1st birthday. I decided to work with Castle Signs & Graphics for the large hanging laser cut sign and cake topper.
