I highly recommend Falaya as the new way to sell your home "by owner". My home sold in 24 hours for the asking price once it was listed on Falaya and put on MLS. Barret installed a professional yard sign to remain up until closing and made every step of the process very easy. He was actually so helpful that I used him as my realtor to buy my next home. He was knowledgable, professional, highly responsive and had my back in both the sale of my home and in buying my new home. Best $400 you could spend to sell your home. I will use them for all of my future real estate needs!

Great Experience all around! The platform was easy to use and made the process efficient. The CEO is a licensed agent/broker and was willing to help as much/little as we liked. We weren't pressured into any upsell and we saved thousand in commissions. This is really a game changer for home sellers.

Falaya and Barret are the real deal-they did what they said they would do for us. Barret was very patient answering all my phone calls and questions. Early on, there were many. I was impressed that he always answered my calls and returned my calls right away. He is very knowledgeable and honest in his guidance. Best of all, we saved thousands of dollars and sold our home at asking price! I highly recommend Falaya as a true value.
