CYNTHIA F. LEIGH has practiced in the field of immigration law since 1988. She has been Board Certified in Immigration and Nationality Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1999. Ms. Leigh is a 1984 honors graduate of the University of Texas School of Law, where she was awarded the Order of the Coif.
