Never been more disrespected. Bank manager pulled a tryant move saying basically nothing I can do. Never thought after 9 years I'd need to find a new bank. I'm not claiming innocence. I have a traumatic brain injury and ptsd with manic episodes. I felt like I was being insulted. After further thought I feel it was a miscommunication. Tempers on both sides got the best of us. I just got frustrated because I couldnt explain wa hat I was trying to say. They are not trained to deal with people like me or how to as approach people like me. I feel lost. The thought of switching banks depresses me. Maybe

Their website is god awful. I find it hard to use and don't get much help over the phone either. It's also annoying that there is a $10 convenience fee to make your car payment ON THEIR WEBSITE. I understand why you would do this making a payment over the phone but there is no reason to have a convenience fee using the website.

Late on a Saturday they worked hard to help me secure a car loan. They're real people. Not some huge, numb, mindless bank that just looks at numbers...they look at the person. I just signed up as a new member and look forward to doing business with them for many years to come. I prefer banking with people and not some computer! Thanks CFCU!

I love my credit union! They offer all types of accounts and loans in addition to the "perks" available to members. I have been banking at Carolina Federal Credit Union for more than a year now, and every single person I have come into contact with in person, by telephone or by email has been very friendly, professional, helpful, courteous and down to earth. They are "real" people who actually smile and treat me like a person.
