Since 1978, Chappell's tires has provided customers across southwest Missouri with tires from Nexen, Sumitomo, MultiMile, Cooper, Firestone, and Michelin. We offer a huge selection of new and used tires in all sizes, treads, and brands. Our experienced and friendly staff will help you find tires that fit your needs and your budget.
Your vehicle relies on oil, lubrication and an oil filter to keep it running smoothly. Every three months or 3,000 miles, your vehicle should be ready for an oil change. When you come to Chappell's Tires for an oil change we'll get you in and out quickly. Our friendly technicians will also check for other common issues under the hood, including low fluid levels and damaged belts and hoses.

This is not a conventional review. I am a member of Unity of Springfield. Unity hosts one of several cold weather shelters for helping homeless people make it through the cold months. Chappell's Tires was kind enough to donate a tire to one of the needy individuals who utilized our shelter. Thank you for your generosity! I am definitely going to go to your establishment when I need tires in the future!

Went here to get a quick tire change. After waiting almost twice as long as they said it would take to fix the tire I went to ask if the tire was ready and discovered that nobody had even started on it. They tried to give me my same tire back just filled with air. I took it back in immediately and the gentleman was very friendly. He apologized and got somebody to work on it. 20 minutes later out comes my replacement. Unfortunately the tire that they gave me had a spike in it. I worked with David at this tire shop and they really wanted to get the job done right and to my satisfaction. I bought some tires and rims online from tirebuyer.com and right away the shop was on it that I had ordered the wrong size tires for my rims. Was able to send my tires back to the online company I bought them from not a problem. The best thing David at Chappell’s did was he cut me a matching deal to what the price of the tires were going to be online and was able to get the right size tires for my truck that day. My girlfriends tire blew out on the side of the road and it did some damage to the vehicle as well as ruined the tire. We had it towed to this shop and they were very friendly, affordable and fast. A week later, I had a tire blow and they were the very same. If you have unexpected tire issues, consider this shop. I'll continue to give them my business.

Initial visit seemed fine as we hobbled in off the interstate with a blowout on our RV. We wanted 5 new tires and paid around $500. Trusting that the new tires had been installed properly we took off to our next destination. Upon arrival at our campsite we discover the majority of the blownout tire hanging under the wheel and stuck in the brake system. They had put on the new tire without removing the blownout tread from the brake lines and wheel. Perhaps it was because the shop was a dark hole, but I can't ever imagine allowing such shoddy work. We would have gladly paid for further service

As a female and a single mom with a 16 year old daughter I know from experience that is easy to find places that will take advantage but it's not so easy to find a place with people like Chappelle Tire! They know what they are talking about and they aren't going to have you spending money you don't need to spend! I took my daughters car in expecting to need 3 new tires (was going to get good used ones),you can imagine my surprise when they came back and told me NONE of them needed replaced just yet! My truck had a shake for a few YEARS that no one could figure out the cause of,

We had a mishap pulling a loaded trailer which went off the road and broke the beads on two of the trailer tires.
A technician came out with two new tires. After assessing our tires, he said they would be fine. He dismounted, inspected and remounted them. Then he checked the other tires on the trailer and truck to make sure they were ok, and was on his way. The amount he charged us was very reasonable.
Our repairman, Bill, was competent and honest.

The Good:
Chappell's was very helpful in scheduling me to install tires on my wheels within my lunch hour. I brought them tires and they dismounted the tires from my wheels and mounted and balanced the tires I brought. They drive smoothly, so I can assume they did an acceptable job with the balancing.
The Bad:
Once I got home and was able to inspect their work, I found that there was new damage to the faces of all 4 of my wheels. The damage was not just clear coat scuffs - it was gouges in the metal caused by their machines. I called to inform them of the damage I found, and I was asked
