Details are available on those websites. Course training by phone for the following schools, and individual coach mentoring by appointment. A huge life change creates huge challenges. For the past two years I have been studying neuroscience findings about how our brains and bodies process stress and produce happiness.

Or contact me if you want to know more about these skills and how to think big during your next transition, or feel free to refer your friends and family! Most individual clients are coached two or three times a month for several months by telephone, but may meet with the coach from time to time. Coaching can also be done in person at a mutually-convenient location, or at your workplace if your company sponsors your coaching.
Services
Boomers who want to have a thriving retirement life should begin coaching before the date arrives! Many clients have found new excitement and passion in this final quarter of life where they can be an "elder" with all the wisdom that implies. Coaching may focus on how to downsize work, adding healthy lifestyle changes, adding new passions and friends, or preventing boredom.
Recently I attended an extensive training on the use of foods to improve mental health. It turns out that our gut health has a direct effect on our mental health, as there is a neuro-pathway directly connecting them. This explains why we feel queasy when we are very stressed, and also why our organs hurt or begin to be diseased.
Intriguing speeches and training await those who get to hear Dr. Erikson. She is a frequent speaker at clubs, business groups, women's events, and workshops. Her most recent workshops have to do with with self care for professionals (available from half a day to two days), improving your sleep, and how to increase resilience and happiness.
