I had my company provided Lenovo Workstation Laptop got down & I contacted Lenovo support and they sent me box as I have depot return warranty. From Lenovo support I also got contact details for Fatech as they are local Lenovo service center & I dropped my laptop their for repair. It was just connector issue & Vladimir who had inward my laptop, he sent me message in few hours that it is fixed. And I got my laptop back in evening before even I go home. Thanks to Fatech for their quick support, I appreciate their quick service.

Came in here hoping to get more info on my Laptop i had just bought and upgrade options. Nice guy there at the time (vald) showed me my options and piecing. Got all the info i needed and more, even showed me some handy tips and tricks too. Very much appreciated it and it didn't break the bank! Vald and Fatech are my go to computer guys now. This is a follow up to my previous first experience with Fatech. For some reason my Windows 10, on upgrading itself, froze on rebooting, making it seem like the computer was dead. No power, no power cord connection lighting, NOTHING!!!
"Well, probably the motherboard, but drop it by." Gulp! But I knew I still have a ways to go on my warranty. So I did. I think the next day, "Done. You can come pick it up." Of course I phoned—I'm still a phone guy, and so is affable George. Turned out Vlad wanted to check something out before testing the motherboard. Turns out I had just read and done that process

I took my laptop in because the camera had stopped working. When the tech booted the machine he noticed that it was performing very slowly. I had assumed the reduced performance was just because it was an aging machine. He suggested I replace my conventional hard drive with a solid-state hard drive. Fantastic customer service at a low price. My laptop battery wasn't holding a charge at all when unplugged, and Fatech fixed it in 48 hours. To make sure it was truly fixed, George charged the laptop and then unplugged it and played YouTube videos on a loop to run down the battery several times to make sure the battery was truly working. He also sent me multiple screenshots throughout the day to show me the battery levels as it was being charged, used up, and recharged. Excellent service, all for only $40.

I'm currently working in IT for a large gaming corporation and today one of our employees working from home in Virginia called that her PC was dead. Seemed to be a bad power supply on her high end gaming rig. I found Fatech online, gave them a call and asked if they could go out to this employee's house to replace the power supply. Yesterday I had my Dell computer up graded from Windows 7 to Windows 10. I had a problem with my Surface laptop. Vladimir responded within 5 minutes of my initial inquiry via Yelp. Even though they are closed on Saturday, he will open for customers by appointment only. I needed to upgrade the graphics card on my gaming rig and I have a tendency to blow up computers when I try things on my own. Fatech was the first company to give me a quote and was the most responsive. I did everything through Yelp and they even helped me select a graphics card. They even had the GPU ready, in stock! When I arrived, Vladimir wore a mask and told me I could wait while he did the upgrades. I did. He then filled me in on numerous problems he encountered while doing the upgrades (my CPU's housing had been broken, there was a dead battery on the motherboard causing BIOS to boot

I had a screen flicker problem with my Lenovo YOGA 730-13. This seems to be a problem with many other people with this model. (Lenovo should really recall this model). I took my laptop on the last day of my warranty and the Fatech technician fixed it on the spot. However, the problem persisted and I took it back to him the next week and he replaced the cables behind the screen. Technician was all professional and good but 4 stars as he could have replaced the cables in the first place.

This place is amazing! I brought in my Lenovo product, which was having battery issues. Vladimir troubleshooted it within minutes and offered me a range of very affordable warranties to add to my device should the issue persist. Just moved to the area, my laptop shut down and wouldn't start back up. I brought it in and Vladimir was extremely gracious with his time, immediately sat down with me, and was helpful in diagnosing the issue. He helped me understand what he was doing and even though it was determined to not be a power problem and rather a bigger motherboard issue, he didn't charge me for his time (20 mins) and gave me some insightful recommendations on next steps.
