Bought a brand new trailer from them. Very unhelpful with defective battery box wiring that they knew was a problem straight from factory with these trailers. Wanted me to fix it or bring it back which would be a 120 mile round trip. They know the problem with those covers, why don't they fix it before they sell it.

I called to order a part from them, Julie answered the phone. Now, I'm 66 years old, lived in the South for half of my life. We use the words "sweetie and honey, respectfully when speaking to a younger women. Julie interrupted me, said "MY name is Julie, NOT HONEY", as if I was insulting her intelligence level!

Very friendly and helpful people. A great selection of trailers for everything. The office area was very clean and a nice parts department with a great selection of parts. Considering buying a trailer here! 5-2019 we bought our trailer here. Was a very easy transaction. Just how it should be! 4-5-21 Bought my 2nd trailer today. Had to order salt shield and sides. So easy & helpful. Would recommend. Going to give them 5 star.
