Paloma Model & Talent (PMT) is family-owned and operated by hard-working sisters and mothers Paloma Jackson and Alysa Brennan. We are thrilled to be running our own agency and have the opportunity to provide children and their parents with dedicated, responsive, considerate, experienced, and protective assistance in the entertainment industry.
We are a full service agency, representing children commercially, theatrically, and in print. Since our inception in late 2011, PMT has grown to nearly 10 employees. Our symbolic color is green for many reasons, one of which is our concern for our environment. PMT is doing our part by using electronic communication for almost all paperwork using our incredible website as the central point of contact with our talent and clients.

Worst staff ever. The owner is rude and does not understand what it means to be a parent and take care of kids. My daughter was ill and they basically said if she didn't attend a casting call she would be dropped. They are unethical when it comes to the care of children. If you value your child, do not work with this agency. I am not disgruntled because my daughter attended quite a few casting calls and she worked quite often. Palomas attitude stinks and she is an awful business woman.

We LOVE PMT. I have a set of twins signed with them. Melinda is so wonderful at giving feedback on Self tape auditions that we’ve submitted. When Melinda was out, the covering agent Alysa, was so responsive and gave detailed feedback. I couldn’t speak higher of this agency. They work hard to get auditions for their talent. They truly care about the kids they have signed and help new parents navigate the industry.

Paloma and the team are so great at what they do. They are so quick to get the ball rolling and plugging clients into job opportunities right away. Everyone is very responsive and are helpful when it comes to answering questions in a timely fashion. They give great advice and know their stuff when it comes to prepping for casting producers. Looking forward to working with them again in the future!

Represented my daughters and they absolutely despised their time there. Few good folks there, but the owners are just awful people. Very rude, condescending, give little to no feedback, and do nothing to develop your child. Its an entry level puppy mill type of business. Just about numbers and no care about your child.
If you ask them a question, your answer is normally go look it up. Then when you do that, they berate you and ask you why you did what you did. Well because that's what your documents said to do.
