We had Ross Windows out to our home in 2012 to replace windows in the main living space. The windows (ViewPoint 3000 series) are beautiful and well made for the price we paid. The service was excellent from the first moment Tony arrived to give us a free estimate and through installation a couple of weeks later. These folks are pros and take customer service seriously. We've not had any problems with the windows in the 4 years we've had them. Cleaning them is a breeze! Today, we're calling them back out to finish replacing windows in our basement and garage.
