We are delighted with the service Pronto provides to our company. They promptly reply to our requests every time we submit a ticket. Our communications had been via email in most cases, and if you know how to explain yourself, they will get the job done very well. If you rather talk to someone, you can schedule a call with a rep.

We've been using Pronto since 2015. They do a great job, service is good. Any changes we need done on the website, they get it done pretty quickly and quality of work is good too.
They have made website management (which as a business owner I don't have time for, being a small business with only 7 people, nor do we have marketing expertise in-house) very easy for us. Very happy with the ongoing service and support.

I highly recommend Pronto's services and have been a client for the past six years. Not only did they design a beautiful website for my business, but they are accurate and speedy with each revision. This company ripped me off! They gave me 3 months of very poor service. This company is in Thailand. When it comes to technical support they're extremely slow. Communication is very poor. They give you a cookie cutter website that's the same as everyone of their customers. They give you a shared blog which marks you down by googles standards. They charge outrageous fees for basic work like $300 to install a SSL That itself takes less than 10 minutes.

I have signed up with their Website manage services, in forst phone conversation , I told them in details what I like to have in website, what colors, and sent few examples, but after two weeks, and no communication at all, I received a design draft that was not even close to what I have asked, and more look like a ready made template, and called them few times, no response, and they have just charged me for nothing.
They are just a scam artist, do not do business with this company.
