Very unresponsive and missed my deadline twice, despite my reaching out to them daily when I did not recieve an update from them. After reaching out when the order did not arrive when promised, the salesman acted annoyed that I was calling him. Their engineering staff are competant (which is why this is one star and not zero); but thats irrelevant since their sales staff and management cannot successfully complete an order. Would never use again.

My training department needed a case that would protect the ipads we use for our course. The case needed to be easily transported and also protect the ipads. We also needed to be able to charge the ipads easily at the end of each day. I found a solution online but it was VERY expensive. Then I found Allcases and they were able to custom build the exact case we needed at a much better price. Their customer service was awesome! They listened to our need and provided the right case for us. Thank you!

I wish I could give a true review about their actual products and customer service, but I cannot. Reason being is because they do not return calls or emails. Tried on multiple occasions to schedule a meeting with them for custom foam needs. Took name and number, never called back. Never responded to emails, etc. I then left a review on their Facebook page and instead of contacting me or replying to the review, they simply removed the option for people to see or leave reviews. Clearly they are not proud of their level of customer service. I can't speak of their products, but I can tell you that
