DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE if I where you I would find a better auto body place, especially if you need work on art rods, antique cars or nice/fancy cars, the quality of work overall is very bad, the buisness probably doesn't even deserve one star , overall I would stay far away from this place, especially the owner stan is a very bad person and his employees see. Drained and overused, if their one place you don't wanto to go, its here

This turned out to be a great place. Not just cause my insurance recommend them, but because they do really great work. Stan was incredibly knowledgeable. I appreciate how he informed me on navigating my insurance company. The work was finished before the due date. Next time I wreck, I would gladly have my car towed there.

I pulled in right at lunch hour on a Monday. I encountered a clean, friendly and responsive office when I entered to ask about an estimate for a small bump I had between my carport and brand new Tacoma. With less than an hour to spare on my end before another appointment the owner came out and popped my plastic parts back into place and wiped off paint debris with guidance for the remaining chips in my paint on the plastic free of charge and within ten minutes. I was treated so well this morning by Sam of Visalia Auto body. I haven't damaged a car since I was a teenager so I did not know what to do about my car's bent fender. How very fortunate I was to chose this business! The repair work was done quickly. It was done thoroughly. I felt so much better so quickly by the friendly and efficient treatment by Sam. I would use them again except I will be more careful so next time does not happen.

These guys are awesome!!! I was dreading getting quotes and work done for some damage done to the lift gate of our minivan. I was able to get a quote the same day I called, and they were super informative, knowledgable, professional, and helpful. I got a few other quotes and they were not only the lowest, but by far the most helpful. I was able to schedule the work to be done the same week and it was completed on time with no "extra" costs added. They even helped with the insurance process! I can't say enough about the work that was done. You can not even tell there was any damage

When I got in a fender bender, I was dreading taking my car in for repairs. My experiences in the past were filled with endless delays and extra costs. Imagine my surprise when I arrived at Visalia Auto Body and -after one short phone call- they were completely ready to meet me and schedule my repair.
I called the week before my repair confirming our appointment and I was flabbergasted to learn they had already ordered the necessary parts.
Repair was done in less than a week and my car was pristine when I picked it up. Probably cleaner than it's ever been.

What a great decision to take my car to Visalia Auto Body!
I got rear-ended in my Subaru Impreza and needed to get my car fixed. There were several issues with State Farm and Enterprise, but Visalia Auto Body was so easy to work with! Everyone was kind and professional, and they made the experience with them painless.
My husband and I are sharing one car at the moment, so when he took it in and then the rental place told him that they could only rent to me, we were in quite a pickle. He was there, with no way to get to me. I was home in Tulare, with no way to get to him. Lucky for us there

Went to Visalia auto body to see if they can fix my vehicle and sure thing they said yes and left my car to get fixed. Sam was thorough with everything. Unbelievable service. Had stopped at another places and had been put off for a period of time so drive to see Visalia Auto Body. They took a look at my problem (a bumper that had been completely pulled away). The owner gave me an extremely reasonable estimate and said it would be about an hour. It took just slightly longer (while I relaxed in their lobby), but they also fixed a small area on a side panel at no extra cost. Pleasant professional reasonable and timely. That is the best I have received in this type of service... EVER. I DEFINITELY will recommend to all my friends.

High quality work with a knowledgeable professional staff. I got an estimated time when I took the car in and they finished a week early. It was worth driving from Fresno on a referral because I knew it would be done right. My father in law loves cars and said they were the best in valley. They did not disappoint.

Very nice staff but highly dis-satisfied. I was given the run around, I was told my car could be fixed but in the end the story changed several times and after being at the shop for more than three weeks nothing had been even started.
When I called about the staus I was encouraged to pick my car up as they once again changed the reason saying they could not locate the part. I picked up my vehicle and with in 2 minutes located what was needed on E-Bay. Diego was very honest and attentive. My insurance company (State Farm) did everything they could to nickel and dime my claim... But where State Farm fell short, Visalia Auto Body picked up the slack.
Can't say enough about how awesome they were.
If I ever find myself in Visalia again, with my car vandalized, missing my rims and tires, I'd go here again in a heart beat! ;)
