Each gutter cleaning is completed using a back pack leaf blower to clear debris from all gutters and downspouts. Our crews use a rope and harness as well as specialized roofing boots (designed for gripping asphalt shingles) for the safety of our employees as well as to prevent damage to roofs. If the gutters are full and the downspouts are clogged they will be unable to function properly.
Gutter Pro uses the latest technology in cleaning methods. We use a low pressure house wash system that utilizes cleaning agents to remove mold, mildew, and algae from the surface of your home. Letting mold, mildew, and algae grow on your home not only makes your home look poorly kept, but can actually cause damage to your paint.

This local business responded promptly, gave a very reasonable estimate, provided a quick appointment time, arrived as scheduled, notified us prior to arrival, allowed contactless service, did a good job. The men who did our job (Eli, Allen, and Ben) were professional, quick, pleasant, efficient, and they cleaned up the debris.
Sadie, the scheduler, is pleasant and efficient and answers all questions.

A couple days before my scheduled service day I got an email for me to confirm my appointment with request that all water hoses be turned on and instructions to call the office if I needed a notice of there expected arrival time.I did not confirm my appt and I got the same email the day before service. I confirmed my appt the day of and these guys arrived and were like ninjas, they came in and got right to business, were in and out and done in the blink of an eye, cleaned up and left

Pressure service was poor. The guy came in and finish in no time. I had to point out areas that were missed but you could still tell the job was not done thoroughly. Additionally some of the bleach had caused discoloring on the drive way. I called and spoke to Shane who initially offered to get the drive way washed with a discount. But he never called back. I reached out again and never heard back. I used advanced pressure to re-do the job. They were excellent and professional. They even send you a before and after pictures once the job is done.

The 2 guys that came out to clean out gutters we're great. It was cold and wet outside but they were very professional. I had concerns about the gutters pulling away from the house but I didn't mention it to them. After they were done they sent me the invoice and also emailed me a quote for reattaching the gutters. They did not try and upsale anything and only quoted additional work that they thought would be needed. I just accepted the quote because of the great experience we had with them cleaning the gutters.

Purchased a voucher on LivingSocial for gutter cleaning. Scheduled the service, told the young lady who scheduled the appointment that the house had screens on the gutters. When the arrived they refused to clean my gutters because of the screens, saying there would be an up-charge. I was willing to pay the up charge right then, but they still refused and left. Then when I called to complain they were extremely rude. I do not recommend using this company.

Horrible. They need work on customer service. I found a Group so thought I'd give a shot. Had an appointment scheduled for Monday. I have an outdoor dog and had to lock him up for this. Monday came and went - nothing. I left several voicemails and had no response. Finally Wednesday came and they called me back telling me that someone would be out on Thursday. They said between 9-1 (I explained I had to lock up my dog so needed to have an idea of time). Its 2pm...nothing. I left them a message telling them to scrap it and I will get my money back from Groupon.

I had a great experience with Gutter Pro yesteday. I purchased a voucher through Living Social. I called to schedule the appointment and they had an opening in my area the same day. They cleaned the gutters thoroughly, and left NO mess. I had some nails sticking out from my gutters from the heaviness of all the leaves, and they even repaired that for me at no charge.

I purchased coupon on Groupon. I called and left message on voice mail. I received called and scheduled appt. They person said that he would be in the area on the following Tuesday. I called back to confirm appt. and left several messages but no one returned calls or showed up. I had someone else call from a different number two weeks later . He left a message and was called back the following day. My friend asked the company's rep when would he be able to come out and clean gutters. The rep wanted the address and said that he had spoke with me and told me that don't service the area

So I purchased this deal on Groupon and scheduling was easy. They gave me a day and said they would give me a time that morning which they did. They were here during the 2 hour window they set and it only took them about 30 minutes. They cleaned up the debris and even blew the driveway. Other reviews talked about hidden fees and gutter guard issues. They were quick and thorough and I was prepared to give them 4 stars BUT THEN I realized my gutter guards are gone. I let them do their thing and I stayed inside. I should have been outside watching. I don't know what has happened to

We haven't used their services because no one has called me back-- in a month! Calling each week (sometimes 2x week!) and nothing, not a single call back. After a major storm in late November, our gutters became severely clogged with pine straw (a week after we had the gutters cleaned!) and we're desperate to them cleaned.
I agree that they're probably overwhelmed, especially since we purchased a groupon but a company should know how many groupons/half off coupons they can advertise and sitll manage. We have requested a refund from Groupon and hired a company we've used

I bought the deal on Kudzu. I think this company was overwhelmed by the response and were unable to keep up with the demand. When I finally got through to them, I was able to schedule them to come out. When they did arrive without a heads up, they were just going to clean the gutters and not the downspouts which had leaves in them. The kids were nice enough who came out and it is not their fault mgmt over extended themselves. I tried calling back to talk about my experience with them, but they never answered the phone and never called back. And oh... whatever comes out of the gutters is
