I was not at all pleased with the service by Dr. Webster; horrible bedside manner. I would give 0 stars if I could! I went in on a consult from my dentist not knowing what to expect. When I arrived the assistant at the front counter was very cordial and gave me a tablet to sign in. Upon entering the examination area, I was prepped and photos were taken, then I was given a video to watch instead of an actual consultation from Dr. Webster. Unfortunately not only did the doctor not take the time to review why I had the consult or what I could expect, she also did not inform me of what would happen

The Fairbanks periodontal Practice staff was very welcoming and their new office space was warmed by the sunshine and fall weather! Debbie, Crystal and Dr. Webster were attentive to my Peridontal needs. They put me at ease, by answering questions I had and provided informative videos on implants and replacement devices. I have a long way to go in my treatment but feel assured I’m in good hands!
