The back and sides of my car is still covered in grime from the road over $30 and it's like a kid cleaned it they do the worse job don't waste your money or time what a joke of a car wash every time it's never that clean go somewhere else let this place rethink it's management 0/10

I want to start off by saying i am not a complainer and usually just let things go but not this time. I have always gone to Mike’s car wash. I had a unlimited package there for 2 years. Never ever had a problem. Loved Mikes. I ended up getting a brand new car drove it off the lot with 26 miles on it. Keep in mind I’ve only had my new car for 2 months. Not a scratch on it. I decided to switch car washes because first avenue offered inside detailing and hand drys the cars. Little did I know I was gonna regret that decision i made. There is still a lot of bugs on the front of my truck they didn't even spray the front he just pulled it in and sent it I got the platinum plus and you can't even clean my truck right the whole back and sides are still dirty go to Mike's they're better than here by far

I stop in for a car wash silver/ $17.00 that dry, vacuum, cleaned windows inside and out, wipe down. Now it’s $30.00 for the same thing I use to pay $17.00 for. Lost me as a customer, just because you can’t keep employees is no reason, to stick it too the customers.

Prices have increased and services has decreased. I paid $40 to get the outside and inside clean. Inside cleaning is a minimum. Didn't even clean cup holders or hardly anything other than wiping the inside doors and windows that was it

I always can count on first ave car wash to give me a good thorough cleaning inside and out. But this time, I was hit with sticker shock. If you want your windows cleaned inside it will cost an additional $15.00. Sorry but I guess the other non local car washes will have my business from here on out. I could have done another $5.00 but that was just too high for me. Still clean on outside for $18.00.

Do not come through this car wash. I bought books a year ago for the silver car wash which included getting my car washed and detailed on the inside. I just went there with my coupon book for what I bought and now they’re telling me it’s an extra $15 to wipe down the windows and the car. There’s other places to go do not go here. Will Not Be Back.

Their is to much bad to say in this little space but I have proof to back up everything i can say
Just put it this way, I spent $105.00 on carpet and seat cleaning inside and out cleaned washed and hand dried. Had them run it throw again car warsh body was dirty and water spotted. The windows had never been touched on the inside. OMG the carpets and seats looked like someone just throw some water on them and made mud spots. I WILL NEVER GO THEIR AGAIN AND I GOT A GIFT CARD FOR CHRISTMAS AND I'M GOING TO GIVE IT AWAY. DON'T WANT ANOTHER GO AROUND CAUSE IT WILL BE NO BETTER. THE ONLY WAY THEY CAN

Today was my first and last trip to this car wash. I got the $27.95 wash so they would clean the inside and out. The inside looks just as bad as it did before. I wish I would have looked at it before leaving a tip. They didn't wipe down the dash, the door panels, nor the console. The floor mats appear that they removed them and shook them off, but didn't clean them. Sometimes life lessons cost us and unfortunately today's cost me $28
I understand it's not a detail job, but I expected a better job for the money spent.
