Choose from three offerings to meet your personal needs. Each offering includes workouts led by Pam Kruse, Exercise Physiologist. Exercise Therapy for Post-Rehabilitation and Nutrition coaching from a registered dietitian is also available. Pam holds master's degree in exercise physiology and networks with physical therapists, industry professionals, and sports nutritionists to stay on the forefront of science and research in the industry.

Practiced faithfully, Pilates yields numerous benefits. Increased lung capacity and circulation through deep, healthy breathing is a primary focus. Strength and flexibility, particularly of the abdomen and back muscles, coordination - both muscular and mental, are key components in an effective Pilates program.

She creates personalized training programs, motivates and assists clients with achieving their goals, and develops rapport with clients by being available for questions and providing clear, positive solutions.Pam holds master's degree in exercise physiology with 20+ years of professional experience.
By emphasizing proper breathing, correct spinal and pelvic alignment, and concentration on smooth, flowing movement, you become acutely in tune with your body. You actually learn how to control its movement. In Pilates the quality of movement is valued over quantity of repetitions. Proper breathing is essential, and helps you execute movements with maximum power and efficiency.
Clients connect with Pam Kruse, exercise physiologist, to craft a personalized plan and be introduced to available programs. Experience has shown that taking people out of large groups and connecting with them on a deeper, more personal level improves success.

Fitbodies coach consults help create this connection in a one-on-one environment by connecting clients with their own personal trainer who has one main goal: to enable and empower them to reach their goals.All coach consults begin with the coach-client relationship; building trust and seeking to understand what client intentions are to help them figure out what they want and why they want it.

I have been training with Pam for three years and she is far and away the best trainer I have worked with! She applies her depth of knowledge to designing custom workouts that are safe, varied, and effective. I have never been in better shape! Pam is obviously quite passionate about her work and truly cares about her clients' well-being. The studio is large, clean, bright, and air conditioned. I highly recommend!

Pam has been phenomenal in supporting me to work up to my potential in terms of general fitness, recovering from injuries and overall physical well being. I believe her very successful approach comes from her amazing intuition, extensive experience in and knowledge of physical and mental programs which allows her to serve an extremely wide range (including age and ability levels) of individuals seeking support for their wellness programs. Pam is amazing, my first experience with Pam was to train for a 5K and that was 15+ years ago. Pam's been my personal trainer and friend ever since. I have gained long lasting friendships through Pam's classes over the years as well. Pam's education and knowledge is applied as she ensures I exercise with proper form and addresses my weaknesses for overall balance and health. Pam designed exercises to work through an injury to my foot and ankle last year and my range of motion and strength have greatly improved. I may not be 30 something anymore but with Pam's expertise, I plan to keep fit and strong

Pam has been my trainer for about 25+ years and I have to say that she is responsible for keeping me active and motivated over the years. I moved to Oahu and lived there for about 10 years prior to moving back and tried to find a trainer on that island. There wasn't anyone that matched Pam's knowledge, expertise, professionalism and her ability to customize a workout program based on your fitness level. Excellent credentials for different formats in fitness, pilates and rehabilitation. She is patient and caring in

Pam has been my fitness instructor for well over 20 years. Over the years she has modified my program to accommodate my body age and changes. She is also an advocate in developing personal fitness and health goals for each client.
As I have matured, I’ve become less mobile. Pam understood this and has developed a program that has greatly increased my mobility. I now move like a teenager with ease and zero pain.

I've been going to Pam for 3+ years and am super-satisfied with her training. She guides me through a very customized training program, immediately adjusting to my strengths and problem areas. She's comes up with many alternative exercises to work around a variety of problems with my aging (55+) body, and still derive the workout benefits in a safe manner. Pam also does a great job of mixing it up with a variety to keep things interesting. She has a very deep knowledge of the biomechanics of the human body, and keeps up to date. I get the benefit of her knowledge at each workout!

Mama Pam is how I think of her. I always know that I am receiving the best care and instruction when I work with Pam Kruse. She is welcoming, caring and she designs your workout to your ability and skill level. Considering I am overweight I was a little nervous at first when I first came to her years ago. She has quite the extensive knowledge and foresight when it comes to exercise physiology, elite training and your overall wellbeing. If Pam doesn't know the answer then she has an amazing group of top specialist in their field that she can direct you to. She has always shown extreme dedication
