Bridges can be removable or fixed. Removable bridges can be taken out and cleaned by patients, whereas fixed bridges have to be removed by a dentist. Bridges can be implanted to the jaw or under the gums. With so many options, it is important to consult with your dentist about which type of bridge is best for you.

The staff is very kind and helpful. However, the hygienist did not read the allergy note on my file before beginning the cleaning. Then, despite my many assurances that everything was part of the free cleaning, I was charged thirty dollars for a "fluoride treatment" that the hygienist continued applying even after I told her it burned.
