My husband's company has a member account for legal services. When reaching out to see if Attorney Hanks could help, it was very clear they didn't want any of my business and he seemed like he had no patience for me or my questions. When I tried to call him back with the information he needed to start my case he didn't answer and I have not received a callback. I understand that he may not make much when using the network for legal service, but if he doesn't like to work with people who obtain the membership then take your name off of the in-network attorneys for services. I would save your time

Mr. Hanks is very knowledgeable about family laws, including child support and custody. He is a good listener. After he had a clear understanding of my situation, he proposed legal actions to protect my daughter as well as to obtain long overdue child support. During the hearing, while speaking to my interest, he was also very respectful and convincing to the judge. The case was just ended and it was a success.
