This is our second time renting from Let’s Jump for my toddler’s birthdays. We LOVE the toddler bounce houses. They are so BIG and colorful and all the kids enjoy them at the parties we’ve had. They’ve been ideal for outdoor parties and keeping the kids outside during Covid. Delivery and pickup have been easy and on time. We can’t wait for the next party so we can rent another one!

The owner of the company and his son, who delivered and set up the bounce house, were both great! The people who picked up the bounce house were quick and great as well! I had to change the date of the party three times and they were EXTREMELY flexible and helpful every single time. I will definitely be using them for every party in the future!

Recommended to me from FB Dallas Moms group. Easy to schedule and customer service communication was awesome. It was raining almost all the way to my set up time, and they were flexible the entire time. (Willing to forgo payment if I needed to cancel.) We were able to set up, and it was quick and easy in our backyard. My toddler and his little friends had the best time! Thanks so much!!

Let’s jump rental is the most professional and easy to work with bounce house company I’ve ever used! This is our 2 year in a row to rent from them for our sons birthday party and we will keep on coming back to let’s jump any time we need a bounce house, the bounce themselves are also so clean. The gentleman that I had been talking to all week to make sure everything was set up for our party also ended up being our delivery guy for the big day and I can’t say enough how nice he was and professional. So glad we entrusted let’s jump with another birthday party!

We had a wonderful experience with let's jump rental. From the online booking to the confirmation with details I knew exactly what to expect and they delivered. The staff was very professional and arrived early to setup. It was so nice to order the chairs, tables, and slide all in one order to help with my setup. Great Experience! Let's Jump was recommended by people at work. The rental was for an adult party, which everybody loved! We started with it dry and a few hours later turned on the water. It was fun dry but, extra extra fun with the water!! The set-up and take down was great and professional. Customer service was also excellent! I definitely recommend them if you're wanting an inflatable.

Do not rent from them. I ordered a slide to be delivered at 4pm On Friday. My son was having a huge party: I had many appointments the morning of which is why 4pm was my deliver time. So as I'm walking Into my hair salón at 10:00 am the delivery guy calls me and tells me he's at my house to set up: after a long debate I end having to walk out of my appt and I get charged for it. So I run home to handle this. They set it up and leave. Later that day I turn the water on to fill up the slide. Well it's not even set up properly so I have to call them and have them come back and redo

After booking our bounce house rental, I immediately got a confirmation email and a phone call that same day to firm up details. They called 30 mins before arriving (as promised) and the setup was quick, rental was clean and pick-up afterwards was prompt. Front to end service without hassle. Would use them again.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY... used it for my Nephews 3rd birthday party we had for him. They brought us the obstacle bounce house completely soaked with used food,Cups, used capris sun pouches, dirty napkins, plates,knifes, dirt n mud. Throughout the whole bounce house. I Called and spoke with someone they acted like they cared. But never got back to me. Not like they were cheap either. But the customer service from the staff they have is horrible.

The delivery driver was great. After delivery, he asked if he could leave the inflatable overnight. We said yes. Gave him my dad and husbands phone number through text message because I would be working the next day. He said they would be called the next day, 30 minutes before they arrived for pick up. It was raining the next day. No one called. No one showed up. I sent a text and was told to call the owner. Owner never answered the phone, so I sent a text. He said it would be picked up the next day and someone would call 30 minuted before they arrived. The next day (Monday, a normal work day)

Rented a bounce house from them in May. Pick up was delayed by two days because of heavy rains. That was'nt a huge problem. The problem started with their pickup crew jumping my fence, pullng the accuator pin on my privacy gate (damaging the gateand trespassing) opening it manually and then backing up my driveway. Not a way to do business.There are other companies who are far more reputable.

Let's Jump Rentals has been my go to for bouncy house and table and chair rentals for my son. I was planning to rent from them for a baby shower until I realized they took my tables. The driver was late picking up the rental so I left the items I rented in my garage for them to grab. I ordered 3 6' tables and chairs. I had three table of my own, one i bought my mothers and a small 4' table of my friends. I stacked their tables with the chairs and put my tables up in between other things in my garage. When I ordered my bounce house I ordered it from 11AM-7PM. My party didn't start until noon but I wanted it set up in time before the kids arrived. I received a call the day prior and they stated that their goal is to be there an hour early to set up anyway so I asked to move it from noon - 8PM and they stated they couldn't do that because their schedule for the weekend was booked already and they would be there to set up prior to 11AM. As a former bounce house company owner I know that safety, customer service, and referrals are the key to growing and maintaining a successful business.
First, this company is RUN by kids. Yes, there is an adult owner, but the day to day operations are handled by kids. These kids have no regard to safety and allow kids to behave unsafely on the equipment. I know. My organization rented a bounce house and tables and chairs from this company on Saturday, October 17th. The delivery was scheduled for first thing in the morning, as my event started at 7AM, even though the schedule online only allows for 8AM. I was assured we would be the first drop off of the morning, set up and ready to go by 7:45AM. The driver did not arrive until after 9AM, I called the company numerous times trying to get updates and no one answered, the driver offered no explanation for his lateness. I had a terrible experience with this company. I rented a large water double slide bounce house and added a snow cone machine. First, the installation crew didn't really know how to set it you. The sprinklers were not working well. They didn't tell me that the pool had to be filled with water. I sent the snow cone machine back because it was filthy dirty, the hose for water drainage was ripped and no door was attached. The snow cone supplies that I paid for were from Walmart(cups and spoons) the syrup was already open and had been previously used with no cover on the opening. I paid roughly

It's hard to find a bounce house company. So many are privately owned and run out of somebody's garage, and very few have helpful reviews. We chose this one for our company picnic because their address is an actual business, and the reps on the phone were friendly and professional.

After going to a jump time I wanted to add to my review. Jump time was really fun even though they only had one room open; but the lady working said that was really odd for a Friday which is their busiest free jump day . The lady working was extremely helpful when I asked her about birthday parties and redeeming my groupon was a really easy. The biggest issues were that the vending machines were out of everything and that because they only had the one room open it was a little crowed. (And some parents were socializing with eachother instead of watching their kids but that happens most free play
