REAL is a wonderful small business. Their customer service is absolutely wonderful. The ladies in the office are very good at helping you with any and all questions you may have. The drivers are very professional and always very friendly. I have recommended REAL to all of my family and friends in the area.

Have used them for 11+ years. The staff is always friendly and efficient when I call. Had had them occasionally take extra big items with nominal extra charges that are fair. Pick up is always on time. Had a large dumpster delivered one day after calling. I appreciate the every 3 month billing as well. Very happy with our service.

After having numerous waste disposal companies, and being let down, I tried Real Waste. I've got nothing but great, dependable service. I would highly recommend them.

These people are a joke. I have had my bill raised twice in 1 year, and their customer service is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced.

I had their service for 4 years while living in Sherwood. These guys are awesome! Never once had a problem. Trash was always picked up on time, drivers were always super friendly, never left our hopper in the middle of the road/driveway, nor a mess for me to clean up like I've experienced with other companies in the past. The ladies in the office were always super friendly and professional. AND to top it all off, it was $20 cheaper per billing cycle than anybody else around. Not gonna lie, I was pretty disheartened when I moved back to Defiance to find out they haven't expanded this far yet. .

Driver is only taking two of my trash bags a week because I put out a trash can he told me. He claims because you can not have a trash can and 2 additional bags which us what they are suppose to take. Called the office talked to an extremely rude lady who said for the last 3 weeks you have had addition bags. I told her obviously since your driver is only taking 2 bags a week they would add up do the math. She told me I was a lair. My neighbor was rite standing rite there when there drive told me he did only take 2 bags and if put out a trash can that's all he will take. The lady in the office should
