The worst Dr's office I have ever experienced. They never have your appointments right. They will prescribe you medication and then when you have side effects from it they won't even return your call. Fast forward to my 3 month checkup and they changed my appointment with no notice and said virtual only. No thanks. These people do not care about your well being at all. So now I have to find a new dr. Did I mention the side effects from a medication I took. Almost made me blind and I ran into a log truck that went through my windshield after I called and called to tell them I couldn't see but didn

I had a terrible experience with this clinic. Let me begin by first explaining that I was supposed to have an in person check-up with, assuming, some type of physical examination. This was secondary to both what I wanted and needed. I needed a referral for a spinal specialist and for a shoulder specialist/orthopedic specialist due to injuries I sustained while being active duty military.
The day before my appointment we were called by the office to tell us that our appointment was now going to be online. We received no additional guidance to how we were supposed to connect with the doctor

Dr. Patel is the BEST primary care physician I have ever had...and, I have had several as we moved around Georgia and South Carolina. He and his staff are always caring, personable and listen to me as we partner together to provide the best treatment plan for chronic conditions and onset challenges. My husband arrived at 9:45am for a 10 am appointment today for an in-person visit with Dr. Patel. Its 1:08pm and he is still waiting in the car. Was just told that he was switched to a video visit. He has missed an entire day of work and now won't even get a physical exam, which he specifically asked for when he scheduled the appointment. Come here if you want to wait forever and never be seen in person!
