It's easy to see why this buisness model is becoming non existent. I ordered a cab early in the day to get picked up at five. Recieved a call at 520, saying that they would be here on half an hour. Now I'm going to be late, thinking I planned ahead. Would not recommend to anyone trying to make a time line.

A HUGE "F*** You!" To Yellow Cab and every other cab company in Stockton that wouldn't answer their phones for a ride request when my flight into Stockton Airport was delayed by 3 hours and y'all decided to pack it in early.
I and several other passengers were saved from sleeping overnight on benches outside the terminal by a few benevolent airport employees who offered to give us rides home at the end of their shifts. I will probably never fly into Stockton Airport again because of you lazy f***s!

We used this Taxi service last night! We had a cab driver (Joanne) she was very pleasant and nice. We would definitely use this service again for our future date nights! This is our first time using a cab company out here in the central valley minus one star because we thought it was pricey. Thank you!

If I could give -5 stars I would. So I called this cab company 20 mins before I needed to be picked up from. They told me it would be 30 mins I told the lady that was fine well 37 mins later I called back asking when my cab would be there and she told me she was working on it. Another hour goes by and I call back n she told me that she tryed to call me twice but my phone never rang nor did she leave me a voice mail when she asked if I would still like a cab I said yes can u at least give me a discount she told me no that's up to the driver.... I declined their services and will never call

I never even got to experience one of their cabs. I called and got a rather rude dispatcher. I told him I didn't know the address of the store I was at and gave him my work address across the street. I told him I didn't have them come to my work since it's gated and to me a hassle to direct a cab back to where I'm at. The dispatcher rudely told me he's picked up quite a few people at my work and its no problem as if I'm lying to him. He then gave me an eta of 30 min. Being previously from the Sacramento area that's not the best nor the worst eta I've seen

I was eating another great lunch at Casa Flores restaurant in downtown Stockton. I asked my waiter to call a cab for me. He called Yellow Cab. I asked for a 2:30 pm pick-up. They were a few minutes late so I docked them a star.
I had a very pleasant ride to the airport. I know who I will call in the future.

My father and child were stuck at the airport due to a flight cancellation. Yellow Cab was the first place I called and they said it would take them 20 minutes to get the airport. After requesting the service, they called 10 minutes later to let me know that the cab was en route. Within 20 minutes, they called again stating that the cab was at the airport. The gentleman who was assisting me the entire time then stayed on the phone with me and confirmed that my father and child were in the cab before hanging up the phone.
