The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standard 211 requires that chimney liners be replaced if they are cracked, broken, or missing. My first instinct here was to give 1 star, But, I'm giving 2 because Josh was absolutely wonderful to work with. The owner, however, made this experience quite unbearable. He basically refused to communicate with me, the homeowner, because I am a woman. He actually said to me that he preferred to speak with my boyfriend, man to man.... All communication from the owner bypassed me and went directly to my boyfriend via text message. Josh, on the other hand, communicated directly with me for everything. The work that was done looks very nice, but I do feel that they were substantially over priced

This is a wonderful family business. We've been their client for 15 years now and have zero complaints. Their staff is polite and talented. They never leave behind a mess. It can take a day or so for them to return a message, which is fine to me. I definitely recommend them
