I was having windows boot issues I went in to the store to let him look at it. He said it would be a couple of days so I left it overnight and waited for the call to come get it. I never got a call so I went back in to see if he did anything yet. He told me my ssd was broken so I said ok I can fix it my self. I took it home and it never turned on. How did I go from it not booting windows to my pc not even working i don’t know. PLEASE DONT GO

I can't recommend this business enough. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and has your best interest in mind. He makes suggestions for you based on what's best for the customer and not himself. He is an incredibly hard worker and finishes his work in a very fast turn around time. I would go to him over any other computer repair shop anytime.

Really friendly business. Had some important files given to me on CD-R and didn't want to buy an external drive to access them. Walked in and dropped off the disc and a flash drive to have them transferred to, got a call an hour later I could pick them up. I get the feeling they were ready to let me take it for free, but I paid what I thought was a fair price for a good local business. Would 100% bring more business to them in the future.

I brought my daughter's laptop to IT Evolution because it would not turn on. Jorge quickly discovered it was an issue that he could not take care of due to warranty restrictions. Jorge contacted the manufacturer and handled shipping it back to the manufacturer for warranty work after he contacted me to explain the situation. He kept me in the loop through the whole process. Top notch service. I will definitely use IT Evolution for any future computer issues.

I just had the best experience at this computer repair shop today. My computer had broken down during work and I needed my it fixed ASAP, meaning before tomorrow. Mr. Reyes was understanding of my situation and was able to fix my computer the same day I brought it in. The price was incredibly reasonable and the kindness that was given today was greatly appreciated. I'll be coming here in the future if I ever have computer problems. I highly recommend this place!

Jorge is great! This is the best place to go if you need your computer or laptop repaired, tech. accessories, parts, or a new computer at the best prices. I went in to get a charger for my MacBook Pro and it was in stock, and priced better than literally anywhere else. If you need anything, check here before you go to amazon, you can get it now for a better price. The service is exceptional, this is a wonderful, locally owned business to support.

I was provided excellent and speedy service at a reasonable price! My computer took a dive while working at home, and Jorge had it returned to me in like-new condition the following afternoon! He had the new hard drive I needed replaced in stock and kept me updated via text throughout the entire process. He was sure to be conscious of my budget and had me back up and running in no time! I will definitely be recommending him to friends and family.

IT Evolution exceeded my expectations. They fixed all the problem with my computer, prices were very reasonable and the customer service was phenomenal. Jorge, came in during closed hours to allow me to get my computer because I needed it prior to leaving for vacation. I will return to this store for all of my future IT needs. I'm not big on writing reviews unless I have an extra ordinary experience and in this case, I DID. Highly recommended
