Home Alone 2 experience!
I asked the driver to pick my daughter and I up from her school and greet her with a cheese pizza. We then picked up some friends, listened to Christmas music while looking at Christmas lights, and ended up at a toy store. They even stocked the limo with candy canes and Coca-Cola ♡ This was an experience we'll never forget!

Gold Crown Limo Services are bad. I supposedly secured a Limo Rental on 4/13/21 for a Surprise Birthday Party on 5/22/21. A couple hours before we were supposed to be picked up, I called the company to make sure we were still on the same page. The unprofessional owner told me we had never made any reservations although the owner was the one who took all the information for this event. I sent a deposit that they conveniently didn't have an issue taking but couldn't provide the services they sold. Extremely rude on the phone and said that I was getting my money back but haven't heard

We hired Gold Crown for a birthday surprise "cruise" for my son and were completely pleased by the service and attentiveness. Easy to schedule and prompt email exchanges. On-time and with a fun "Happy Birthday!" sign for our son, very clean vehicle, well-stocked with beverages and an ice bucket for our "adult" beverage. Our driver, Don, was professional and kind. Will use them again for future trips to MSP, etc. Thanks again, Mr. Don, for making this birthday surprise for our son such a great time and fun memory for him, and us! It was a great way to celebrate,

Old vehicles, and very unreliable. I know because I was a driver for Gold Crown. A couple rented a limo for a wedding party, and the vehicle broke down. The wedding party and myself waited for over two hours before another Limo was sent. I was so embarrassed, only a fool would use this service. Don't waste your money!

The radio didn’t work. It looked like it was from 1995. The response from the owner we got.. “thank you for your feedback. The radio does need to be replaced not because it doesn’t work but because it’s to complicated to operate. It took me 10 min to figure it out again but it works. “. It’s 2018, the limo should be up to date with current technology. It should at least have SiriusXM radio or a port to play music from your phone. No music definitely took the fun out of the ride.

Almost every month my whole family uses Gold Crown Limousine Inc. Every time we have the best service.
Great clean very nice cars with leather seating and water, magazines and WiFi.
We always pay when we reserve the car, including gratuity, so that the finances are taken care of before the ride.
The drivers are in suits and are always 5 to 10 minutes early!!!
They will wait for you.
At the airport they will wait for you with a sign with your name.
The drivers immediately offer to help with your luggage.
I can highly recommend this service.

I am starting this review during my extra time at the Minneapolis-St. Paul airport. Gold Crown limousine dropped me off for my flight a week ago and took down my return information and told me where to meet them today. Unfortunately they "misplaced" my return information and simply forgot to pick me up at the airport. Things happen, I understand, but when I called to let them know they simply said "we are sorry". No problem solving. No offer of something to make this up. No suggestion that they, or I, should call the shuttle and secure a spot home immediately as these fill up

I wish I could leave a good review because our drivers were wonderful and accommodating... But the business side was unfair and unprofessional. I worked with Mandy. She was misinformed and basically told me that even though there's not proof... I still owe more than I had expected.
Basically I was charged $230 over what I have in my invoice. They were not able to show me proof of confirmation of that extra money, gave me $100 off, but still required that I cover the extra cost. Just unfair and not right to do to a customer paying so much money already.

I was so impressed with the business owners when I first met them. Maurice and Kathy have been in this business for over 30 years and continue to prove that their service is most important. Their staff is cordial, respectful and ready to make your travels the best ride ever.
