We had hardwood flooring installed in our master bedroom and closet. The manager and office staff were very professional and courteous. When our wood came in, the installers were here on time and very timely in the way they worked. They were very courteous and professional. The floor looks beautiful. I must tell you, we got prices from The Villages area and when we went to East Coast Flooring, their price was much more reasonable. We were very pleased with the work done and that we saved money. We would highly recommend East Coast Flooring.

East Coast Flooring just took out a family room wood floor and replaced it with a tile floor. We were trying to match 15 year old tile which is almost impossible. From the beginning, when we called to schedule an appointment, Suzanne was the first person we spoke with. She was very knowledgeable and professional. The person who came to evaluate and provide an estimate was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Then, Jeff, Jose and Juan, came to remove the old floor and install the new tile. Chose East Coast Ocala because of their reviews, competitive price and selection.
The installers (Jeff) did a first rate job. Work was divided into two parts, tile removal to accommodate new kitchen cabinets (one day) then carpet/old flooring/baseboard removal, leveling, install Tarkett ProGen in the entire house and all the finish work that really makes things look great. Thomas did an excellent job with the estimate and detailed scope of work (SOW). Two days after install it rained and our lanai leaked. Water all over the new floor. Not one bit of damage! Just a $1500.00 repair bill for the
