They did not even touch the dress i dropped off over 2 months ago!! I paid when dropped off and because someone else said they didn't have to do it they never did!! Not even a phone call to ask me or anything. Apparently once they decided that they weren't doing it they also did not reach out for refund or dress pick up

Took a shirt in 2 months ago that I paid for them to take in. I picked it without trying it on. The needles went into me and then realized they never touched it. Very disappointed. I will not be going back even though I paid for nothing.

Extremely dissatisfied with the lack of service I received. I used to love this place. But the new management is beyond unprofessional. There was no communication to inform me of my items being completed. Then when I called about my items, I was told their machine was down. I patiently waited for another week, only find the owner is now on vacation and I am unable to pick up my items for another two weeks! Who knows if my items were even finished yet. And after reading the previous reviews, i am scared to see how my hems turned out! Looks like l will be finding a more professional place to spend

UPDATE: Since I can't reply to the response I am going to exit my review. I can assure you this is not fake. I have actually brought stuff to you more than once. The first 2 times I had used your services I had no complaints. What would you have done completely replaced her dress? I highly doubt that would have happened. My daughter has said something in person and this last time the person acted as if she was just too busy to be bothered and my daughter demanded her dress back. Took in a dress that needed the zipper fixed and turned a to big pair of shorts into a skirt,I was going to do it myself but no time and she did a better job than I would have. Took her time out to actually talk to about some other garments I need help with and she's willing to take on the task. And great pricing.

I would give zero stars if it were possible. They completely ruined four men’s jackets. My father took in the jackets to have the sleeve length altered and they did such a hack job that it’s impossible to fix the damage. They were all shortened too far and unevenly. Not only did the sleeve length not match between the arms on each jacket, but the cuffs were very uneven as well. The jacket cuffs would barely hit were it should be on the outside edge and the side closest to the body was several inches too short. Brought my boat Bimini here a couple years ago to have a zipper thread redone. Couldn't have asked for a more quality and thorough job. The owner is on property and more than willing to provide a quality service at a reasonable price. They are currently fixing another issue for me, and will continue to have my business for future needs.

Don't let their name influence you! Wish I would've viewed these reviews before I took my daughters formal dress in on Tuesday to have straps put on and have sides taken in. Was told it would be $66 and to pick up Thursday (day before the dance) since they were open until 7. When we arrived, the woman (who was less than friendly) couldn't find the dress. Never, ever, ever again. Was recommended to go here for wedding dress alterations. I didn't need much done because it already fit perfectly, just some minor detail work (tighten a couple beads, replace a button, add hook at the top, fix the bustle and fix the zipper). Went to pick it up in the time given and all that had been done was a new zipper (still had a rip at the seam of the zipper) and the beads tightened. I took my bride's maids dress in about 4 weeks before the wedding because I'm pregnant and had to wait til the end but needed it the week before because I was leaving town.
