Advanced Physical Therapy Solutions, LLC, is Fayetteville's largest physical therapy clinic owned exclusively by a Physical Therapist. Since opening in 2004, our team of professionals has grown to about 20 staff members. Many of our clinicians hold advanced board certifications in manual or orthopedic physical therapy.
Women diagnosed with breast cancer will be treated with a combination of biopsies, lumpectomies, mastectomies, lymph node removal, breast reconstruction, chemotherapy and radiation. These interventions can lead to restricted motion, fatigue, pain and altered balance. Side effects can cause difficulties in completing activities of daily living.
For people with chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, high cholesterol or obesity, Advanced Physical Therapy Solutions is a great place to get help with an individualized exercise prescription. Our prescription doesn't come in a bottle; it comes with hands-on care, one patient at a time.
A comprehensive examination and evaluation of the musculoskeletal systems, allows our Physical Therapists to create a musculoskeletal diagnoses based on modern medical concepts that is not based on Traditional Chinese Medicine. This allows us to develop a comprehensive treatment strategy for each individual patient.
Cancer recovery is a complex, extremely challenging and emotional process filled with uncertainty. Our physical therapists know what you are going through and regularly work with women who are in need of rehabilitation services. All patients start the rehabilitation process with a thorough initial evaluation.

Gidget Wilkerson, PTA, CLT has helped me improve greatly during treatment of my chronic arthritis over the last several weeks with instruction, encouragement and care using massage, heat and specific exercises to alleviate pain and disfunction I have in both of my hands and upper extremities. I commend her for her professionalism, sincere kindness and demonstration of exceptional care she showed me while providing those physical therapies. I am truly grateful for being assigned to her for my treatment.

It’s been so great coming here! I was previously at a different PT, but switched to here because it was closer and I’m so glad I did! Not only is everyone (especially reception) super friendly, but all staff is extremely knowledgeable and work together to make sure you have a well rounded experience here. I have to shout out my main PT, Hilary. She’s been so kind and attentive to all my back issues, she makes rehab fun and is always a joy to see! The improvements to my back pain have been incredible, I could not recommend this place more.

If you are looking for a place to do your Physical therapy, this is it! Everyone is experienced and all are so nice! Absolutely amazing staff. Very friendly and polite. I am very grateful for the help I have received from TODD, MORGAN, and KRISTA. I highly recommend them. They are well informed in their field and help me for neck and back pain.

Morgan and Hillary are great! I had a cervical laminectomy and came to Advanced Physical Therapy Solutions following that surgery. I began my physical therapy with very limited motion and a great deal of pain. But after working with these great folks I am nearly back to my previous level of activity! Advanced Physical Therapy Solutions provides one-on-one treatment with skilled and caring therapists. I highly recommend this business and in particular , Hillary and Morgan.

I was referred to APTS for my shoulder that was frozen after a injection. It was very hard to move it without lots of pain. My initial therapist was Allison. She evaluated and made a working plan to getting my are back in motion. Allison was awesome, she worked with me and had lots of knowledge and experience. I am a small person and besides the arm issue I consider myself with lots of weakness in lifting or moving. She worked with my already issues on top of my current

There is no other place I would rather be for physical therapy than Advance Physical Therapy! It is such a professional environment from its office staff to its therapists. Coming into APT recovering from a broken tibia/fibula injury, I requested Todd Wilson for PT. He is simply the BEST and continues to be, on foot and ankle injuries. Working with Todd, he pushes you to work harder with every exercise because he believes in your ability…..”you’re stronger than what you think you are.”His motivation and encouragement gives me hope that I WILL return to ALL my daily activities in time. Morgan H. and Neisha W. are both amazing and patient. They have helped my daughter recover from a severe accident both physically and mentally. She is slowly returning back to her old self thanks to these 2 ladies! I cannot say enough about their patience, flexibility, and caring nature. Highly, highly recommend!!
