Bernard Gross was born in Cape Town, South Africa.

At Westside Pediatric Dentistry we receive many questions over the process and the steps we take during our Orthodontic treatment. Please feel free to look below to see if we can answer any of your questions or concerns. An orthodontist receives special training to fix misaligned teeth. An orthodontist must first complete regular dental training and then has an extra four years of specialty training in orthodontics.
The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD) recommends finding your child's Dental Home by age one or when the first tooth emerges, whichever occurs first. Establishing your child's Dental Home provides the opportunity to implement preventive dental health habits that keep a child free from dental/oral disease.

Dr. Gross is such a nice guy and a fantastic dentist. I am so grateful my children go to him. Our daughter had a freak accident in a remote part of Sequoia. We were able to schedule an appointment right away when we arrived home to Los Angeles. Dr Gross said my daughter would be fine and nothing to worry about her teeth. He didn't even charge us. My daughter came home all smiles as she thought she was going to have a tooth pulled out--luckily that didn't happen! My kids love going to the dentist because of Dr. Gross and his awesome staff.

E services that I receive from Westside Pediatric Dental Group is excellent. Dr. and the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about everything. This was my Daughter’s second time coming here. And the hygienist was great! She was very patient with my daughter. Walked her every step of the way of what she was doing to clean her teeth and do her x-rays. The Denist was wonderful and kind to her too. The staff up front was the best. The ladies there are very helpful and kind as well.

Absolutely love Dr. Saltz and his team. I consulted with 5 different orthodontists. All gave different opinions (!) and Dr. Saltz's plan made the most sense by a long shot. And now a year and a half into my son's braces I can confirm that it was the right call. I trust him 100% - he's been amazing. My son's teeth are now almost perfect- way faster… than anyone else had predicted. The assistants are so nice and professional. The method they use to put on the braces was crazy fast. No molds or any of the discomfort from when I was a kid. Wait time is never long and all in all a great experience
